  • The sauna brings relief for people suffering from musculoskeletal disorders. Doctors recommend infrared sauna visits to treat arthritis, sciatica, muscle tension, muscle pain, injuries, sprains. The sauna relieves back and joint pain caused by fatigue, rheumatism or osteoarthritis.
